Hi has anyone have received the bag with the micro chip where SA couldn’t scan/ find the chip. I have purchased mine in the boutique last year, went to enquire about the repair recently and they couldn’t find the chip but said it’s not an issue and had accepted for repair? I was under the impression they can always scan it in the store?

Same thing they cannot scan in boutique, I wanted to bring another unit I purchased from another country but they said cannot scan. Wonder what's the point of chipping if not to identify the bags

Could you scan the bags yourselves?
I recently bought a wallet and every time I scan it with NFC, I get a different serial number. Do you know if this is normal?
