i have been in love with this leather but still speculating about what it is: red cherry ostrich?

i am not a great fan of short boots like this since i can only wear them with long pants and i walk a lot in the only cold country i spend time in (i don't think shoes like these can survive 2 hours of walking a day! i have my docs for that )

so i am hoping that this leather might come in styles like the VP or declics. i have no clue.

anyone?

ah! yeah. maybe. actually, if we are willing to pay the extra money and are not in a rush to have or wear them, we can actually have whatever style in whatever colour and material that we want, is that correct?

Not ostrich. Certainly a reptile, and I'm leaning towards alligator because of the large scales.

Edit to add: It very well could be croc as well, which is farmed more readily than alligator.

ITA with Fate, not ostrich. Ostrich has small bumps from the feathers, looks more like a leather than a skin, kinda. Does not have scales, just the bumps.
