I actually cannot imagine what cheese would taste good with honey... maybe a really strong blue cheese, because the honey can offset the taste a bit?... I guess it would serve the same purchase as fig paste.

for a less orchestrated effort, i also enjoy spreading gorgonzola and crush walnut on white bread, toasted, and then drizzled with honey... to die for!
