i am plannin on wearing it all the time, the SA advised me not to shower with it but a bunch of my girlfriends told me they shower with theirs without a problem (and if there is damage to the cord you can always get it replaced free of charge) i went to the pool today and my fiance suggested i take off the bracelet so i did. its very simple taking it off and putting it back on
