There are times I like shopping with random s/a's since I shop via charge-send and don't always know if I will like the bag IRL as much as in photos. Returning to a random s/a doesn't feel as awful as returning to my regular s/a, even though she assures me she's fine with returns.

I am loyal to two SA's from two different NM. I usually take turns getting bags from both of them or sometimes they work together. But I like alot of the SA's in that store so I try to spread all my purchases around-not just my Chanel ones. One SA at NM is more of my friend, and I felt absolutely horrible when I got my bag on Sunday from the Chanel Boutique-I even asked her if she minded-I think it bothered me more than her!! I don't plan on feeling that way again, so I am going to wait patiently!! My former SA left Chanel which made the whole situation odd that I even went into the boutique at all!! Who am I kidding-they call no matter what.
