Hi, ladies. What happened to Chaumet in the States? I remember it was available a few years ago, but right now I don't see any option for online shopping or any boutiques. Where can I buy Chaumet in the U.S? Thanks!

I’ve heard that you can purchase by emailing the French headquarter; they will ship to US and will deduct tax, but you’ll have to pay duty

You can shop online now - they will ship to the United States - but I'm currently having a lot of trouble with my order. It seems that it definitely won't arrive in time for Christmas.

It is 5.5% of the total amount. This was what I paid when I placed my order directly through Paris. If you buy online from the US site, I believe the price is inclusive of any duties.

Update: they came just in time! Chaumet’s customer service could not have been more helpful. So happy with my rings!

Thank you so much! I would say that it probably took about three weeks, but this was because of French customs, not because of Chaumet - they'll do everything they can to make it right.
