Apparently A Retro Tale's system chooses the "nearest by" UPS access point according to the recipient's delivery address. They say they can't do anything.
Nevermind the facts I didn’t even choose to have the bag shipped with UPS or that I explicitly asked AND paid to have it shipped to my home address. I'm beyond furious and had to deal with some imbecile from UPS "customer service" just now. They yelled at me for someone elses mistake/carelessness and won’t change the address either.
I already complained to the seller and informed them that I refuse to pick it up. Needless to say that they just lost a loyal customer. Not that they'd give a crap, haha!

Nooooo, this is horror ! I am so sorry...the guy from arertrotale seemed very nice when I asked few times for extra photos to identify the season and color, and also offered some nice discounts saying that they ship everywhere, seems like he would be easy to work with...this is really too bad ears, sorry

I purchased from them many times before and never had any problems.
But completely ignoring the buyer's shipping preference, for which they paid, and then saying there's nothing they can do and that I have to deal with it now, is just a huge no-go for me.

I found this beauty this morning on FP! It's been awhile since I bought another WE, something about this spoke to me. The handles have some wear, and the color in real life is a bit lighter than the pictures online. The personal shopper sent me some photos, I still loved it...can't wait to post it here when it arrives!

Thank you! I was thrown off by the term "Officier" lol, I had no idea that meant blue. Here's one of the pictures the personal shopper sent me, I can't tell if this is more of the true color in person, or if it's faded, but I just love it. I might look into repairing the handles, for $625 this seems like it would be worth some restoration

I love the distress ! Not all colors look good so distressed hut this one is gorgeous ! Worth a repair I found the true and slightly faded in my opinion officier on Yoogi’s … and if you search search here on Bal forum there are lots of great pics ….I absolutely love it
