I think it works on up to $1500 of combined purchases during that period, which means $75 cash back. I suppose thereafter is 1% cash back.

It was a great offer when I bought my WOC last year. It's perfectly fit the category. I got 5% back right away on the billing cycle and redeem on the statement. It's just like 5% off of my WOC. I think this offer is prefect for those who want to buy something small like wallet, kay pouch, clutch, woc.
