The style number is 6522 for the fob. I got mine on eBay for $18 BIN not too long ago. It was poorly listed. Just search for "coach fish" every so often, maybe you'll get lucky!

I don't have the koi fob but I have the koi coin pouch. $41 on e*bay! A wonderful tPFer tipped me off to that auction and I won it.
