I only get over there maybe twice a year, so I really couldn't talk too much about their stock. They hosted brunches for some of us pfers when we have been there together.

All of their SA's seem very nice and helpful. I have personally worked with Jason and Joe and they're both super nice and helpful. They'll do emails with you, and are great about returning phones calls and going that extra mile to get what you want.

^^^^I'm in the same situation as Debbie. I visit the store a few times a year. There are no SA's to avoid--they are all nice and the manager is really helpful too. I always talk to Jason or Jan, but the others are very good as well.

The store is very nice and while not as large as some I've been in, they have a lot for the size.

I haven't been there but bought some goodies over the phone with the help of one of the most wonderful SA  Super fast and most friendly contact both via email and phone, went the extra mile to find things I was looking for, great experience:okay: I'll PM you her info. You may want to call ahead and ask about things you're interested in. Even if they don't have it currently in stock she may be able to get it for you from another store in time for your visit

Everyone at Charlotte H is wonderful and will take good care of you. Even though the store is not huge, they manage to have a very wide and deep array of H goodies. It's definitely worth a stop! Go and enjoy!!

I hope you enjoy your trip, and the store is GREAT!!! About 1/4 of the items I get come from Charlotte, and the staff has always been helpful. The best SAs I've come across, besides my local fav, have been from Charlotte, or the store in Virginia.

I was in there yesterday & spoke with Jason. To echo everyone else, he was a delight as well as super accomodating! I'm still learning about Hermes (dying for a Birkin); he actually had a 35 in the back, brought it out, let me model it & answered all my newbie questions! And I had a lot! LOL!! He was genuinely nice & helpful!

I just saw your other thread about finding a 35cm Black Birkin with PHW.

This Black 35 is not available??

Unfortunately the one he brought out was like a 'biscuit' color-cannot for the life of me remember the actual color name. But it was light & I really want black. When I mentioned that to him is when he said that the waitlist was really long. He tried hard to talk me into the one he had, though.;) I would've probably fainted on the spot had he had a black one in the back!:p

Well, I have only heard good things about this store from all the ladies who shop with them. And perhaps you have also read on the forum that it's necessary to start a relationship with the store (most H stores, to be honest).

Maybe the next time you intend to go shopping, pop in the Charlotte store to see if they have something that you may like. Good luck.
