Hi guys, I just got my first Charlie Carryall and I have a question for the rest of you that own this bag also. I noticed that the bottom of the bag sags (even empty and it's brand new) and a large portion of the leather is in full contact with whatever surface it is on. It seems to beat the purpose of having metal feet, don't you think? Does anyone else have the same problem? Should I look into getting an insert for it or something?

Thank you very much in advance.

I use an insert on it to make it more structured. It seems like overtime the leather of the bag gets softer making the bag less structured and the straps fall down....
