Charlie Carryall - comfortable on shoulder?

I really like the looks of this one but I feel like the handles are going to slide off my shoulder since the leather is stiff. What do you all think?

The straps are too short for me to even use it as a shoulder bag and I’m small.

The shoulder strap is great- very adjustable, the 2 handles are too short for shoulder wear.

If someone is still interested: I got the bag delivered today and tried it as a shoulder bag. I found it it quite comfortable (I'm 5'4").
