Changing Straps

Do y'all ever change out your strap lengths? I took the strap off my mailbag and turned my Pippy (thank you Sarah) into a crossbody. A lot of them match if they have trim and it worked great on this bag for me. I am doing the same with some of my Brahmin bags too.

Yes, I do. I have even attached a strap off another bag to my commemorative satchel because it doesn't come with one.

Yes I've done it too. I took the shortened strap off my calf convertible satchel and put it on my Stanwich to make it a shoulder bag. I love it when they are interchangeable. Now only if that beautiful Kingston strap was removable, I would be in heaven.

Yes, I was very happy when I found out I could do that, especially when I got my Croco Mitchell satchel in ivy with dark trim since it doesn't come with a strap. I checked and the strap from my croco double pocket satchel fits perfectly!
