See, It Filters Me.
YOU'RE A POET AND YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW IT!
EDIT: WEIRD, IS IT TURNED OFF NOW? IF SO, MY APOLOGIES FOR THIS VERY ANNOYING COMMENT IN ALL CAPS.
See, It Filters Me.
Oh, I so agree with. I have gotten to the point of just skipping posts that are written like that. Frankly, it's just too annoying to bother with.If a poster knowingly or inadvertently types a whole sentence in caps, when posted it Looks Like This which is a total PITA to read.
I know it's better that way than all caps, but is there a way to make it all lowercase instead of capitalizing the first letter of every word? It's actually easier to read a whole sentence in lowercase, even with lowercase after a period Instead Of Reading Something Like This. Is this something that the forum admins can do?
I Had An An Experiment Way Back In Undergrad....& It Kind Of Stuck With Me (Unless I Do My Best Not To). I'm Really Sorry ~ I Feel So Bad If It Bothers Anyone, I Would Never Intentionally Do This.
I suppose that's fine for catalog headlines, but it's really rough on the eyes when it's an entire sentence/paragraph.I went to a seminar last year given by a copywriting expert. He reported that experiments had been done on headlines in catalogs and on Web sites that showed there was more effectiveness and retention if only the first letter of each word of the headline was capitalized such as "Adorable red coat". (Of course proper nouns are capitalized).
We ended up changing our entire catalog at the last minute based on his advice ....
