I don't know what they are called, but looking for things that go around diamond studs that make it look like different setting but you can take on and off... can looks like bezel setting, or surrounded by sapphire setting... anyone know what these are called and where to find nice ones?

They are called 'jackets' and you can get a style to give your studs a halo effect (whether it be diamonds/semi-precious stones, etc.) or there are some dangle styles also. The cool ones can be hard to find at times. I would try a google search first or go to your local jeweler and see if they have any. Good Luck!
