Hi again,
I have read about some of your experiences upstate. Some good some bad. Years ago when I inquired they did not ship, so they now?
Do they sell any classics and how much off do they usually offer?

They don't take purchases over the phone, but they can ship out the item if you or a friend buy at their store.

thanks Yuurei, oh so someone has to go there. Do you carry any classics I haven't heard good things on tpf about their bag selection.

I don't think they usually have any classic bags. From what I've heard, the outlet is a hit-or-miss place. Sometimes they have a lot of great things, and sometimes nothing. You really have to be there to see if there's anything you want. GL.
