Chanel WOC classic or pearl crush

Hello,
Just looking for some advices on my first WOC. I am thinking of getting a beige one. I know many prefer the classic WOC in caviar and I love them too but I am also very interested in a pearl crush piece and didn’t get a good experience on the pearl crush mini so the pearl crush WOC comes next in line. What do you think? Have anyone bought a WOC pearl crush? If so how do you like it? How do you like WOC in general? Thank you so much for your help!!!

I have a pearl crush mini although I like caviar honestly due to it being more carefree. 70% of my Chanel bags are caviar. I think the main differences would be strap drop adjustability on the pearl crush vs and durability and carefree-ness of the caviar. The pearl crush woc is gorgeous and luxurious while the caviar one is more classic and practical. Also you can prolly wear the pearl crush mini as a belt bag.

Thank you so much for the detailed advise!! Most of my pieces are caviar too. The only lamb skin piece i have is a 19 bag, just the idea of pearl crush making the piece looks so good and I know the classic has a longer chain. Definitely a tough decision ;(

Hello, I ended up with the pearl crush. It finally arrives a few week ago and I took it on a trip with me, the pearl chain is a game changer. So versatile and beautiful. This pearl and the CC turnlock make the overall wallet look more elegant imho. The wallet does fit more than a typical wallet and I do have a base shaper. The lamb skin is more delicate but it does add a luxurious feel to the overall look. I think like others said, since these are more seasonal, I would get them if you’d still deciding. You can always get the classic later unless they come in a color you really want. Good luck in deciding and let us know what you end up getting too

No worries, i got it directly from my SA at the boutique, i had to be on the reservation list for a while though, it was $3550 i think plus tax. It is the 22C light beige in case you want the exact color.

Yes the pearl crush WOC only comes in lamb skin but i don’t think lamb skin is as delicate as you think it is although it’s true that it will require a little more caution comparing to caviar. Unless the price has changed, pearl crush woc is $3590 and classic woc is $2950 plus tax. Hope it helps!!

I have lower back problem and I have the classic woc. I’m unsure about this piece because the chain is a bit heavy when I put a few tiny things inside. Do you know if the chain is heavy on the pearl crush? I know the strap is shorter on the pearl crush so I figure it might weight less than classic woc.

Hi, I actually pre-treated the WOC with a leather conditioner prior to use since it is such a light color. Even with the leather conditioner, I got some color transfer but the conditioner acted as a barrier and i was able to wipe off the transfer easily. I would say color transfer definitely happens with this bag, so wearing light color clothes is a must. I haven't experienced any creasing at the top of the flap, did you mean from the weight of the chain?
