Chanel VP 2019 on tag

Hi, I’m looking at buying a new bag from a reseller site but the tag inside is stamped with VP 2019. Does anyone know what this means? Thank you

I’m thinking it could stand for “vente privée” which means private sale or for “vente au personnel” which would mean “staff private sale”. Either way, your seller may have bought the bag for much cheaper than in store and may not have an authenticity card to go with the bag.
