Hi everyone,

I am considering getting a Chanel vanity with chain in caviar (the original version without the handle). I first saw it last year when the leather interior version with mirror came out, tried it but was not interested. Recently I changed my mind and I have been hunting for about 10 months with no luck (though saw light pink and navy in europe but looking for black).

My local boutique SA said she hasn’t seen it for almost a year, and they don’t buy any seasonal vanity anymore since their popularities declined (is that true?).

Anyone knows if this style comes out randomly or it was just released only two season in 2019 and 2022? I am still in hope to find new one from store.

Also, I am getting preloved one in fabric interior version, but wondering if I should get one in leather version? I like the leather interior but don’t like the mirror.

This style you might find in a consignment shop. Right now in the boutiques are handles, flaps and different fabrics small vanities. The prices have doubled since the years that you posted which slowed down the hype of this slg.

Thank you. I have two local boutiques SA (different stores). I keep asking them. One said she hasn’t seen this exact combination for more than 6 months to a year. The other one said her boutique hasn’t bought this slg in for a couple seasons sine they aren’t sold well.

Edit: misread. I have no idea the beauty boutique sells this vanity with chain. I thought they only sell the original vanity. Thank you! Good to know.
