Chanel Uniform?

Hi,
Could anyone possibly shed some light on this jacket? It appears to have a normal RTW label, yet the code starts with a U. Is this Chanel uniform? And is it given to staff? Any information would be greatly appreciated

Usually on the uniform jackets it says Uniform so I think this just a RTW piece

Thanks for your reply! It is strange because the code begins with a U and not the usual P. And the jacket does seem to lack the usual flourishes such as the chain and the camellia lining.
