Hello all,

I purchased a used 2013 seasonal Chanel (Trianon) and it is not at all impressive, so its going back. It was listed as in Excellent condition and there are no marks or corner wear. Are seasonal bags generally a BIG drop off in quality from the classics? Or is this kind of a fluke? The classics always look expensive where this bag looks meh. It is lambskin so maybe this is a case of it not wearing well? Or maybe it is the big quilts?

Anyway, just interested in your thoughts.

Thank you. :)

The bag in the pic doesn't have a structured base and is very casual looking to me. The more droopy or unstructured a bag is, the sloppier it looks. Some people like this style and some don't, I am in the latter camp. I also see the quilts have some dents in it which happens to lambskin over time. I prefer to buy the classics and structured bags, the only seasonal I go for are the minis. Good decision to return and I would focus on more structured bags.
