I got two scarves from different stores, but did not come with a storage bag... one came with a Chanel box and the other came in a white paper box

I have only received the white cloth zipper bag with the perforated holes when I purchased a tshirt or sweater. Why not ask your s.a. for that cloth bag!

I saw on YouTube someone was given the white zipper bag when she purchased a scarf hence I was curious if that is normal practice.
