It seems that the classic flaps are pretty much well-stocked in all the Chanel stores in HK.

Yup definitely well stocked.
There are at least 3-4 stores in HK so you can always ask one to call another. I would doubt they would not have stock on such a classic and amazing flap

I just bought my black caviar jumbo flap with silver h/w on Dec.21 in Chanel boutique HK. It was HKD20,000. Lambskin jumbo flap in white was HKD23,000.00.

I walked past the main Chanel boutique (Prince's Building) on 31 Dec (evening) and saw the black classic flap jumbo (silver hardware) on display. I assume that there may still be a few pieces around. The US$ for this bag is US$2565 (doing my sum here....). No sales tax in Hong Kong.
