Its calf ^_^. I wanted something a bit more durable so my SA suggested this. Totally in love!
The leather is supple, but not as supple as the distressed lamb of course. Its a nice combination of smooth yet firm, totally hard to describe. It feels stout though, I think it could take a few bumps if it needed to! The texture isn't too grainy to the touch, definitely not as grainy as caviar.
The bag is sheepskin, but I think that it makes it even more unique
