Hi! What is a good price to pay for a pre-loved Chanel reissue 225. I want the classic black w/ ruthenium hardware or So Black in Chevron.

Oooh...i love me some reissue! They are one of my favs because they are so durable and yet classic. You'll find really good deals for a 225 since for whatever reason they dont hold their value as much as classic flaps. Depends on the age and wear, but i Have seen as low as 2 to 3k. So black is coveted so 5 to 6k as the low mark. I love the look of so black, but I've heard the hardware might not be as hardy and could be prone to chipping.

I purchased a so black chevron reissue in the 226 size earlier this year for $5500. I got lucky and it was in excellent condition.

If its in excellent condition, I would say yes considering it is a 225. Smaller bags are still in and seem to fetch a slightly higher price and don't sit on the pre-loved market for long.

My So Black Chevron 225 was around 6300 plus tax. It’s the most sought after color combination and style that’s why even at resale, prices are the way they are. Noticed the bigger sizes are lower, just like the jumbos vs medium and small cf. At excellent condition with a full set, I feel that your price is reasonable. Good Luck!

It’s listed as very good and doesn’t come with anything aside authentication and the bag itself. However, the bag just went down to $5800 - this that’s okay considering no collateral and condition?
