She's taking the helm at a time when customers are increasingly dissatisfied with the price increases, poor quality control, and not-so-quiet whispers that vintage leather is king. Would she even have influence over this the way Maria Grazia was able to prioritize quality at Dior? If so, how long do you think it would take for these changes to be noticeable at the consumer level? All thoughts welcome!
