Chanel profiles linked globally

Does anyone know if Chanel has linked client profiles globally.

Yes, I believe they have as their system is merging all data by customer profile.

Mine wasn't. I always buy chanel from nordstrom in US. and recently I visited Korea. chanel korea couldn't pull my profile from US.
I had to create new one for me there.

I don’t think it does. Was at Chanel 19 Rue Cambon last week the SA said no, not linked with my US profile.

Mine was linked. I purchase from two different boutiques in Taipei; when I purchased from a boutique in Las Vegas, she could see my history. Maybe only stand alone boutiques are linked?

Nope I had to make a new account when I bought in Florence when I typically shop in Boston

I think it’s inconsistent from store to store. I’ve only purchased from Chanel at Bloomingdale’s in the US and London Heathrow. I don’t know when the profile was created but they can find it at Bloomingdale’s and the Heathrow store but a Nordstrom SA in the US couldn’t find it. She mentioned Europe uses a different system…
