I’ll try to remember and report back. Thanks, and I hope it’s not a lot to ask but if you have a moment, can you ask them if they know why the online scheduling system is down?

Please could you send me the details of both SA’s?By the way I have the contact details of two SA’s, one in Printemps and one in Rue Cambon 31. If anyone needs these details please reach out to me via DM.
My impression is also that sales are going fast in Paris now because there are indeed many tourists.

I’m heading to Paris this Wednesday and plan on standing in line at Rue Cambon 31 and 19 (sending my husband) on Friday morning. If I am able to get an SA to help with my purchase, I will pass along his/her info. Just like you, I have dreamt of getting my first Chanel bag in Paris so I’ll pay it forward if I’m able.
hi! Were there any classic flaps in black or 19 available during your visit? ThanksI was at 31 Rue Cambon last friday, catching an early flight and arriving just 15 minutes before opening time at 10am. There were roughly 25-30 people in front of me. I made the cut and got inside the store instantly but then it was a long and agonizing wait. 2 1/2 hours in total.
It literally took forever for an SA to come and get another client, and there were tons of SAs running around. I doubt there were that many appointments because the RTW department and jewelery were completely deserted when I was there with my SA...
They told me it was a 'good' day, at the start of the collection, waiting times were around 6 hours.
Also, selection wasn't that great, in every department. Everything I wanted to take a look at wasn't available in all of Paris (or Europe ).For example a sequined skirt that is showcased in every Chanel window display, but they do not seem to have it for clients to buy...
I ended buying a pretty 'standard' bag, but I love it.

The SA tried (and was almost succesful) in talking me into this EUR 14 K sparkling bag.

I must have been in some kind of mental state to even consider paying that much for a bag. But she really screwed up when she talked about how the bag was 'handmade' and gave me that whole tale on a very visible fault... I have to admit I prefer my much cheaper Prada crystal bags.
I also took a look at the 42 Montaigne store but inventory was also low and I didn't want to wait and so I spent my money elsewhere.
Sorry, I didn't see any classic flaps at all and 19 only in seasonal colors. But I did not ask for it so I cannot be sure.hi! Were there any classic flaps in black or 19 available during your visit? Thanks

I’m in Paris now and went to 31 Rue Cambon on Friday morning at 10:20 am. There was a line inside the store which was a 2 parter: there’s the first line and then a second shorter line on the left side on the shoe department. Once you reach the top of the second, you’re assigned an SA. It took an hour and by the time we left with bag in hand, post VAT paperwork, it was 12:13 pm.Hi there,
I'm a new poster, but long time lurker... so I don't have the ability to PM.
I am turning 30 next month and have been planning a trip to Paris for basically the last few years... I've dreamt about buying my first Chanel purse in Paris for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately with the pandemic, my plans got pushed back but I am finally having the opportunity to go. I would love to get my first bag to mark this life milestone.
To cut to the chase: I cannot get any appointments online in any of the Paris stores, and the recent posts in this thread about 2 hour long waits for the bare bones Paris shops has made me worried and crestfallen. Could someone be an angel and PM me the contact information for any Paris SAs? I will be heartbroken if I leave the shops empty handed because there's nothing there. My friend said contacting a Parisian SA was the only way she could get anything worth getting during peak tourist months.
Thank you so much for anyone reading.
Thanks for that. Do you know if you also have to wait in any of these lines if you have an appointment or can you just walk up to the door at your designated time?I’m in Paris now and went to 31 Rue Cambon on Friday morning at 10:20 am. I mentioned to my SA that the appointment site was down and she asked her manager who mentioned that all appointments were taken. My SA has allowed me to share her contact information so people on this site can make an appointment with her directly: Amandla-Chiara +33 7 88 32 50 46
Hope that helps!
I wasn’t in the market for one but apparently, according to my SA at 31 Rue Cambon (here’s her contact info: Amandla-Chiara +33 7 88 32 50 46) there is a waiting list for locals that’s a mile long. You can reach out and ask her if that changes but it’s highly unlikely.Guys what is happening with the minis. Does anyone know? I am going in September and hoping to grab one!

No wait. You let the security person who stands by the door know that you have an appointment and you’re escorted to the front of the line to meet up with your SA.Thanks for that.
