Sorry to be ignorant, but this presale stuff sounds great! Is it only a US thing or does it happen in Europe too?? Particularly the UK?? Does anyone know?? TIA

Syma the C boutique in Vienna Austria has already a pre-sale on jewelery.On asking them about flaps they said only those of fabric will go on sale!In other European countries there's no sale at all!

Indeed, I have never seen any pre-sales in London. Only the proper ones...
