I bought a used Chanel Patent Jumbo from an online reseller. The bag is in overall good condition but the patent leather on the sides is soft so they budge out. What can I do to keep it shape? I like the boxy look.
I brought it to Chanel and they told me they wont' add more stitching. That would alter the original design. Whenever I don't use it, i would stuff it with tissue paper and store it lying down. I don't know what else to do. Does anyone else have the same problem, and what do you do to fix it?
