Chanel outlet online? Is that true?

Hi, I've just stumbled upon a site that claims it's an outlet shop for Chanel. The website is chanel-online-shop.com

Does anyone know whether this is true? I'm not quite convinced. Is it possible to verify the authenticity?

They do have an official Chanel outlet in Woodbury, New York, but they will never sell online. They don't even accept phone order, you have to come physically to the store to purchase items.
