Chanel or Balenciaga flats?

I love the balenciaga flats! They are the softest and most comfortable flats I ever own! They run true to size.
You can't ever go wrong with Chanel flats, it always pulls together an outfit and is always stunning!
In terms of comfort only, I'd say Bal - they don't need to be broken in, the leather is so soft (although it will get even softer with wear). Everything else depends on personal style though. Chanel is more classic and most of their flats come with a small heel. To me, they also seem more durable. The Bal ones are completely flat and the overall style doesn't necessarily flatter all feet. I wear both Chanel and Bal TTS.
Bal colors depend on the season, and match the current bag colors. They also come in different leathers (lizard, faux croc etc.). Black and Anthracite come out every season. The official webstore should have an overview of the current collection. I personally prefer the brighter punchier colors, but that's because I have plenty of black flats already.

Bals are comfortable almost the second you take them out of the box. With Chanel, it's hit or miss, depending on the style and material.
Bal sizes are more consitent than Chanel's. Let's just say that I'm pretty comfortable ordering Bal flats online, but would never do so with Chanels because I've seen large size fluctuations in the Chanel classic ballerines of the same style/color/year. I always always always have to try them on.
But, hey, I like them both enough to have multiples of both styles - classic colors from Chanel (black, light beige, dark beige, brown, white) and bright colors from Bal (see my avatar).
My suggestion? If at all possible, go to the store and try them on, see what feels and looks better on your feet then decide.

I really like Chanels, but you definitely have to go and try on many of their styles of flats. They all fit differently but I think some definitely fit better and feel better than others.
I've tried on BAL flats and while they are comfortable, they're just not cute to me. I was only going to buy a pair because they were on sale but Mr. Awesome insisted that I would never wear them and he was right.
