Hi! I’m traveling to Nashville soon and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the chanel boutique at the mall there. Do they have good stock usually? I’m wondering if it’s worth the trip from city center where I’m staying. Tia!!!

I have never been there but I work by phone with a great SA in Chanel Nordstrom Nashville. If you are close you should definitely check it out.
I have shopped with this boutique primarily over the last 3 years, but recently have been more successful with stand-alone boutiques, and am no longer shopping with that location. This boutique is struggling with inventory and tend to order a lot of larger bags. It's extremely unlikely you're going to find any of the more popular 21P or 21S bags, they even have a very long wait list for black Chanel 19s. I'm a hard-core Nordstrom loyalist (Icon) and haven't been able to get any newer bags over the last 14 months, and have found that boutique too frustrating to deal with for a fun hobby. If you're looking for something from a past season, in a larger size, you may find that, it's unlikely you'll find any of the coveted bags from the current seasons. Hope that helps.
I have never physically been to that Chanel inside Nordstrom but have worked with an SA from that boutique before. Several years ago I was able to purchase a few medium classics there without issue. But I agree with @sheeby that inventory over the past year has been dismal. The SA there shares an icloud photo album with me and there are hardly ever any desirable bags uploaded lately. It's worth swinging by to check it out if you'll be close. Perhaps there are items there that don't get loaded into the shared photo album so that walk-in clients have priority to purchase. I have been and purchase remotely as well. My favorite SA ever works there. However, they do not have a large inventory and the store is small. They don’t order a lot and I think they have less access to items. Not sure if it’s because it’s non- leased or what. They get some good stuff, but it’s all reserved ahead of time and they usually get their items later than pretty much anywhere else it seems.

How is the inventory of more "classic" bags recently? I'm going this weekend and am looking for a neutral mini or boy.
I just came Back from Nashville and the Norstrom Chanel only had boy bags, reissues and gabby‘s on display. the SA said all that comes in is all secured for so it doesn’t hit the shelves. He did ogle over my caramel 19 saying he had not seen one in person and was amazed that i got one...
Hi! Going on a trip to Nashville. I saw that there is a Chanel in the mall. Does this store carry handbags or is it a beauty/perfume location? I can’t seem to find any current information on it.

The Nordstrom is full line Chanel. RTW, costume jewelry, bags, shoes, accessories etc. but no fine jewelry. If you go, ask for Laura. She’s a gem and located in the handbag concession
