Chanel Nano Shopper (Kelly) Question

I’ve been thinking about the Chanel Nano Shopper (aka Kelly), in the larger size. All of my smaller Chanel bags are crossbody, and I realize I need a top handle.

Does anyone know from experience - will it fit the Mini LV Accessories Pouchette?
I’m okay with it sitting sideways inside the Chanel. I have some medical necessities I keep in the LV pouchette.
If not, I’d likely get a Coco Handle. Or go a completely different route and customize a LV Capucines.

MPA fits but nothing else will. It will also make the bag hard to close, stretching the leather.
