Hard to say because shoes (designer or not) will end up getting dirty eventually. It also really depends on where you live, where you go, and the weather in your area.
I see that it does have mesh so I guess try not to get it wet, whether it's from rain or a coffee spill.
Edit: I see that you said suede as well. Suede needs a little more TLC. I have a few suede shoes and I always have a suede brush and eraser handy. Suede shoe brushes are built for the slightly more delicate leather, they're great for getting light dirt and dust off without too much effort (and suede does like to attract dust).
And now that there's suede, definitely don't get them wet.

Honestly I'd just wear it as daily shoes and spot clean occasionally.
We send our designer sneakers to dry cleaning when they get very dirty and they do a good job. They have removed dirt, grime, adhesive, and vomit (my husband partying too hard ) without issue.
If you do go the dry cleaning route, make sure they know their designer stuff. White shoes can be a little tricky and if they use the wrong products, that can cause the white to turn yellow (personal experience).
