Chanel Maxi flap - thumbs up or down?

Ok, I need advice! I really love this bag: http://authenticbagsforless.com/Chanel/Chanel-Black-Lambskin-Gold-Maxi-Flap/prod_397.html

First of all, is anyone familiar with this seller and are they reputable?

Second, if you take a look at the bag, it looks like something's funky on the right side of the bag (you can see in the first and last pictures)...it looks like the side is sticking out past the flap, either that or the flap is crooked.

Does this look like a defect? I would really appreciate your expertise, since all I know is that I like the style of the bag but don't want to purchase a dud!

Hi! That style Maxi is softer so they tend to develop "wings" (sides puffing out) the newer Maxi Jumbo version is more structured and does not "wing". It's not a defect per say. Just a personal preference of the look. This website is reputable, but you should always check in the "authenticate this" thread for safety.
