Chanel Logo Question .......

You guys will know the answer to my question better than me so here goes.

The company that did our new kitchen and bathroom, the woman who owns the company is a big Chanel fan like me. Anyway, we recently went in to show her my new Tote and shoes (as she asked us).

She said she had a bag like mine but it was leather not quilted and only had one "C" on the front not the "double cc" like mine ......

I find this hard to believe as I thought Chanel always did the "CC" - she already has a fake J12 (I know this cos she told me) so am wondering if her bag might be fake too.

That doesn't even make sense to me haha... the interlocking cc's ARE the Chanel symbol... a single "c" means squat!

If it had a big silver or white gold looking reversed C which was on the side or on the front, it could be a Cartier Panthere. Those bags are dark burgundy, black or a deep mustard color.

Otherwise, sounds really weird.
