Chanel-legend vs Balenciaga

I wonder if Chanel bags- which about I can hear everywhere -"the one of all grils dreamings" are really better than balenciaga? Im askin cause I don't think so..

I want to buy chanel firstly but when I found colourful and very gorgeous Bbags now i can see that chanel haven't got any chance. its most expensive and boring..

I own both and see the beauty in both. I used to buy Chanel exclusively and lived and breathed the forum. Once quality began to diminish in 2008, I crossed over to Balenciaga (after having left bbags behind in 2004).

Although I use my bbags more, I do still love my Chanel bags lots. I will never purchase anything new from Chanel again due to the inflated prices and reduced quality (not to mention unflattering new styles) but do peruse the auction sites now and again for oldies.

I love both. Each has a unique quality. And chanel can also be dressed down and still look fab, so it doesn't necessarily have to be posh and boring ladies who lunch-esque

May be the price of Chanel is ridic. Bbag is such a everyday bag. I use it everyday. I have 2 Chanel and never benn used. But I got 4 Bbag and used them all.
I plan to buy a RH WORK too.

I've had a few Chanels (but sold them all), there are some very nice bags in Chanel, but Bal wins for me with the styles. I just love how rock 'n roll they are.

I have both and love both. I use my chanel when I'm dressing up a little more and my bbag when I want a little more edge. They are both so different I think it is nice to have both b/c of the different function each one serves.

but i would definately buy a chanel classic medium flap for formal event WHEN i'm done with bbags

I own both. I love Chanel, I think both the class and history behing the 2.55 is understood has something to do with it! Love both.
