I haven't had any bad experiences at the boutiques, but I do most of my shopping over the phone. I HATE hearing stories about a SA being snobby to a customer. I don't think many people who can't afford Chanel even go in...these SA's should treat everyone the same. You never know what someone may have purchased had they been treated with consideration.
