Hi everyone! I got these Chanel flats during the sale recently. They shipped it to me and there is large crease at the back as seen in the photos.
Does anyone know what I can do to remove it? This was the last pair in my size so I can’t exchange it unfortunately. Should I even keep these? Thanks in advance!
