Chanel Flap, Boy, Hermes Constance: are you team double or single shoulder strap??

I’m curious. I’m not sure if it’s an old school thing. I don’t remember in the old days people wearing double strapped bags with just one strap. They always wore them doubled, didn’t they? It wasn’t until everyone started to wear everything crossbody that I noticed people wearing bags like the Chanel Flaps, Hermès Constance or any other double stapped bags single strapped.

(And if you don’t mind saying if you’re a millennial, gen X, Z, baby boomer. I’m just curious because I have a feeling the classic ladies like myself will be team DOUBLE!
