Hello ladies, I have been collecting Chanel bags for a few years but am new to Chanel fine jewelry. Is the Madison Ave location the only boutique that sells fine jewelry? Do SAs that work at the jewelry section also sell handbags? I have an SA at Saks (who is very nice but can be unresponsive at times), would love to develop a relationship with a boutique SA as well.

Hi- several boutiques will sell fine jewelry. I think the SAs in that department do not sell leather goods. Your SA will work with them to get you your fine jewelry. Based on my experience, my SA loves it when I tell her I’m looking for a piece. She works with the fine jewelry department and you meet with both SAs when you’re viewing the product. I think they both get sales credit and it’s a teaming thing for them.

Also if your store doesn’t have fine jewelry, your SA can order it in. I don’t know how it works in department stores though

57th St and Bergdorfs can order for you!
The best way to develop a relationship with a boutique SA is to walk in and see who you personally click with!
Have fun!

Thank you so much! I’m eyeing a few of the coco crush pieces and would like to see them in person before making a purchase.

Hello, I think only selective boutiques have a fine jewelry department. The one in my hometown doesn’t but I recently bought a Coco Crush ring from the South Coast plaza boutique in CA (totally an unexpected purchase) which does actually have a jewelry dept. I originally stopped by the boutique on my vacation to browse some 22P pieces, the SA I met was very knowledgeable, gave me a tour of the boutique and somehow he took me to the jewelry dept which ran by a different group of SAs. He did ask them permission before showing me some pieces and after I decided to get the ring, the receipt shows the name of an SA from the jewelry dept and I remember the SA who helped me said he doesn’t get any credit from this (since he is from the fashion dept), he just helped a colleague out ;)

I reached out to my Saks SA and she told me they sell fine jewelry but just didn’t have the necklace I wanted. I’m going to go shopping this weekend to check out some earrings and maybe stop by the Madison boutique to see if they have the necklace, will post pictures if I end up getting something
