Ofcourse the brand is happy keeping customers in a perpetual state of anticipation but…

I wish Chanel would just merge P and S into one spring collection and merge B and K into one fall collection.
…Just have 4 total collections/year and streamline production/delivery. There’s massive overlap with timing anyway!

someone please correct me if I’m wrong, but I remember years ago they did classics every other season, and the seasons they didn’t have classics they had reissues. And same with boys and cocos, they were every other season. It was WAY less hectic and we could catch our breath a little more in between seasons. Like I buy mainly classics so if I went nuts one season I knew I could sit the next one out and not miss anything. I miss those days too.

I only joined the family last summer So I don't know the answer to this, but yeah I think I actually prefer that! I wouldn't mind every other season at all!!

Yes! 1000% agree. I really miss those days too! The alternating collections helped me tap in/tap out. Now it’s different. I don’t want to miss a classic that I just have to have, so it’s like I’m buying something each collection without a break. Totally with you on not being able to catch our breath like we used to be able to do so.
