my advisor just offered this black denim flower mini to me. I like it but just worried it’s not “classic” enough? I have a pretty robust collection of mini’s so I generally like something a little unique. Should I go for this one or a more plain design (like the 24S one)?

I don’t like the black flower print version AT ALL. I like th denim but wouldn’t pay anywhere near retail for it. I have this thing about fabric bags because I imagine they pick up more germs and filth than leather and can’t be wiped off in the same way. Think about how a pair of jeans can get smelly after a few wears and then imagine buying a pair you can never wash (for thousands of dollars) and carrying them around on a chain strap. 😆 I can’t stand the way my clothes smell sometimes after being in a restaurant because the fabric absorbs food smells.
I think the mini is a cutie but if you don't love it, skip it. Someone else will be happy with it.
The 24S denim is gorgeous in person - I bought this one in the mini size.
The flower one I feel isn’t very classic and might date over time
if anyone was wondering, I just found one TikTok about this mini black caviar, that it will fit bigger phone. But still haven’t found information about availability anywhere or price.
Maybe, I think it is 20cm now. And that’s why I want to buy it, but they don’t have it in Berlin 😫
This looks like a seasonal bag based on the hardware, so perhaps not the same dimensions at the classic square mini.
