Hi. I used to have this bag in mermaid iridescent purple with rainbow hardware. It fit all of the things that I needed (I usually pack rather light), however I am really unsure if it would fit an iPad. I never tried to put my mini iPad in it. I also remember it hanging a bit strange. Something about those chains. I sold it and never regretted it.

Oh really! How did you used to carry it?
I generally carry my bags on my shoulder, occasionally crossbody, though not planning on wearing it around my waist. I kinda thought the chains would hang like decoration?
I pack light mostly - I use my wocs a lot, but it would be handy to have one that fits the iPad for when I need to take it with me to do some work and I loved the casual vibe this style feels like it gives off to me. How did you find the wear on the iridescent / rainbow?

The leather and hardware wore really well. I had no issues with ware and tare. I was not afraid of using it either and did not baby it.

I wore the bag mostly on one shoulder and the chains were hanging. I did not really like how the chains were hanging because I felt it was too low. It was just my personal preference. From what I could remember you could take the chains off, but then the bag did not look as nice. Also I remember it had a lock and key for something (don’t remember for what) and a good back pocket (similar to C19 pocket).

I just recently bought this bag in black goatskin and its absolutely gorgeous. I use it as an everyday bag. I love everything about it. It's bold, edgy and practical.
Not sure if an I pad mini 6 will fit in.

The chains look really cool and trendy.

I took the plunge on mine earlier in the week and I’m pleased to report it does fit which made my day!! I’m so happy to have a more casual Chanel I love to use, that I can fit it in too! I hope you continue to love yours as much!
