Depends on where you go, how much you put in, and where you decide to put it.
All of them can get pretty heavy if you put enough stuff in them.
That being said, I have heard that:
-
Dior handles get dirty (they are woven fabric) so best to wrap the handles. They are also short, so probably can only be hand carried unless you have a petite frame. I have heard that people get tired of carrying them by hand and that they are not as hands free. (but on top of a roller carryon suitcase, seems to work fine.)
-
LV is very structured, but being full leather, may be the heaviest of all the bags. It does have the advantage of 2 sets of handles, to carry by hand or on the shoulder. The thing with it's strong structure, some find it a bit bulky, it will stick out from the body quite prominently when carried on the shoulder.
-
Burberry, nice leather handles and more lightweight canvas, but I have heard that it can fall over sometimes and may not stand up (but that also depends on what you put in it). Also, probably the most affordable of all of the them. Burberry's long handles make it easy to carry on the shoulder.
-
Chanel, also leather handles, and with the light weight canvas body, but a little less structured than Burberry, and will soften up a bit overtime (as long as you don't mind that, then that's okay). Nice top handles and long -strap for versatility (shoulder and crossbody)
It looks like you prefer white or light colored bags. Fabric and canvas bags will tend to catch dirt and dust more easily than leather. They are also harder to clean than leather.
For the Chanel deauville tote, one quick look at the resale market (like
Fashionphile) tells you that holding it's value is subjective to the condition of the bag. The more used/worn/loose the tote looks, the more quickly it drops in resale value. The older the bag is (as in the year it was produced), the more it drops in price as well.
Just some food for thought, good luck and happy shopping!
