“For those of you who’ve purchased bags or other items from your SAs directly from a standalone boutique, how long did it take from after you paid online for your item to deliver to you? TIA!
Agreed - it depends. I’ve had some send 2-day, overnight and standard (that was the worst, especially when it was returned to the store and they had to reship it). It also depends on how far the item has to go. When I had something overnighted, it was coming from 6 hours away vs. something that took multiple days had to travel from a few states away.Depends on your SA. One of mine ships to me overnight same times same day(we’re in the same county) but my other one selects 3-5 standard shipping and she’s a Chanel boutique inside of a Saks. Honestly ticks me off she does this, I hate waiting for a brand new bag esp when it costs thousands of dollars you’d think they’d do faster shipping and cover the cost?
My card was charged at a stand alone boutique this past Wednesday and hasn’t shipped yet, today is Sunday. My SA says the shipping dept is overwhelmed. Do you think that’s typical for such a delay during a launch? My bag is a desirable one and I wonder if something is up. Before launch on Tuesday, my SA said they had my bag and would charge my card & ship on Tuesday (launch) but that didn’t happen. I’m trying to figure out if I need to have patience or if something happened to my order. Obviously I’m very eager to get the new bag lol.Depends on what time in the day you order and pay. Usually 2 days via FedEx but if u buy on a weekend or later in the afternoon it may not start shipping out until the next day

Honestly I often prefer Monday-Wed ship days in the US because with typical 2 day shipping anything that ships on Thursday/Fri isn’t delivered until Mon/Tues. I prefer that my package is in transit for the shortest possible time!
p.s. In the US If you sign up for a FedEx Delivery Manager account you can get notified automatically when a package is headed your way...
