Chanel compared to Gucci (lots of pics)...

I have always loved the threads/youtube videos comparing brands and/or sizes. I hope this helps someone in case they are comparing or frankly just curious!

Chanel Mini 14P seasonal punch flap versus Gucci Soho fushcia leather chain shoulder bag.

Gucci has the color as bougavellia on the card, but it always says Fushia on the sites...

Here is the chain strap length. I wear both crossbody. Chanel is silver hardware and Gucci is light gold.

The Chanel flap interior is leather and the Gucci is suede...

You can see the Gucci is tapered at the top, but she is taller than the Chanel. The Chanel is wider, but the Gucci still fits my iphone5 with the otter box case.

Can you get both? I think if you can only have one you should get the Chanel...useful color and of course it is Chanel!

Ok, I will stick my neck out here - I know this is the Chanel forum and I love Chanel - but that Gucci Soho is to die for - the colour is nice & I own a Gucci Emily bag and know how lovely their leathers are too. I would pick the Gucci (cannot believe I am saying that myself) but it is gorgeous.

Which one fits more?

I can fit a LV mini pochette in the Chanel Mini but can not in the Gucci so it feels weird saying the Chanel Mini holds more!
