Chanel classic flap leather quality AFTER price increase.

Hi fellow Chanel lovers! I’m thinking I might finally pull the trigger and buy a classic flap before yet another price increase. Due to the COVID situation I try to limit going out unless necessary and therefore have yet to go into a Chanel boutique since. For those that have been, how is the current quality of classic flaps? For both caviar and lamb skin?

I got a caviar flap in march (before increase) and didn‘t like it. Exchanged it for lamb. It‘s been great and made really well (cleaner stitches, straight flaps, perfectly aligned back pocket).

Interesting. What was wrong with the caviar if you don’t mind sharing? I’ve got a black caviar mini square so I’m seriously tempted by the lambskin...

I got one in August and tbh the caviar is beautifully shiny and puffy
