Chanel Classic Flap: Beige or White

Hi Dear All,
If you only have to choose 1, which one would it be, which one can get more wear and easier to match

Errrrrrr hard… would love to have both but if I can only pick one, I’ll go with the beige clair, I would not worry much about color transfer than white. BUT - I think white can match everything?

I know right it’s so hard yeah white is beautiful but delicate

Oh I see, I am concerned about it being yellow, what beige color from which season would you recommend- I do want light beige

The 19b beige and the 21A beige is perfect!!

Aww haha I see. Yes, some told me the same so I wanted to know . I guess white is easier to match but is more of a day bag I would imagine? I am looking to get not so super white but more like cream- which series would you recommend thank you!!

My white classic flap is in size small, the size is really versatile as I've used it both for day time and evening/formal occasions. It goes really well with my lighter colored/pastel outfits. Plus you can always dress it up with a twilly, I sometimes like to tie a big bow on the chain. I never wore the white bag with blue or black jeans though just to minimize the chance of color transfer, but so far haven't had issues with stains and dirt. I just wipe it with the cleaning cloth after each use. You can't go wrong with the classic flap style, caviar leather cos lamb or goat skin is bit too delicate for the color choices you're looking at. If you want to go with beige, pick one that's darker than your skin tone. I have mine in 19b beige and although it's a pretty beige color on its own, it looks very close to my skin tone in the summer months so sometimes it make me feel like I'm carrying a blob of flesh lol...I bought it in the winter with coat on so it didn't hit me until I tried to wear it out in the summer I'm like 'uh maybe I'll just use the white one instead'...

Aww Lol gotcha! thank you yes my big concern is color transfer and also the bag being super white like I would like it to be a bit off white so that it wouldn't stand out too much haha. Thank you so much for the tips, I am so torn cause I love both white and beige, I already have black and caramel in mini so looking to add another classic color before the price increase

I always prefer a creamy white classic flap over the beige. I would look into the years 2020, 2021 as I find those whites to be softer than those of past years. Or the ivory ones.

Since you already have a mini in caramel I'd say go for the white one first. Also you may have a much higher chance to find a pre-loved beige bag in new/like new condition than the white one. Agreed with the other user about getting one in creamy white instead of off white.
